Pick your box (half dozen or dozen), mix any flavours, choose a pickup location, day, and time, and pay online. We bake for that pickup day, and your box is ready at your slot. Order by 8:00 p.m. the day before.

Up to 14 days ahead, while slots last. Popular windows sell out — when a slot shows "sold out," it's gone, not held.

In Pickering (the exact address comes in your confirmation email — we're a home kitchen, so we don't post it publicly), and at our pop-ups around the GTA. Upcoming pop-ups are listed on the site and on Instagram, @softspot.cookies.

Yes — any mix, in both the 6- and 12-box. The builder counts them for you.

$30 for 6, $50 for 12 online. Pop-up pricing may differ for special events and is posted at the table.

Each flavour's full ingredient and allergen panel is on our FAQ page. In short — Original and Matcha: Contains: wheat, milk, egg, soy. May contain tree nuts, peanuts. Black Sesame additionally contains sesame. Everything is baked in a home kitchen that handles tree nuts and peanuts, so we can't promise zero cross-contact.

Best on day one and two. Keep them sealed at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. To refresh: 5 minutes in a 350°F (175°C) oven from room temperature, or 8–10 minutes from frozen, brings back the crisp edge and soft centre.

Yes — there's a gift note field at checkout and we'll hand-write it on the box card.

Not yet. Pickup and pop-ups only, so every cookie changes hands fresh.
